If approved applications received after May 15th will receive hard resources in the following garden season (ie. soil and beds). Technical assistance will be provided once application is approved.

Describe your group membership, how often you meet, and what activities you have worked on together
(for example, tag sales, crime prevention, tenant issues, beautification and gardening activities)
You are required to list at least five people involved in your community garden and their addresses and phone numbers.
