Savor the sea
Did you know that New Haven has a long history of oystering? In recognition of this proud heritage and the Land Trust's preserves on Long Island Sound and the Quinnipiac River, we're serving Copps Island oysters, generously donated from Norm Bloom and Son. This family business has been harvesting oysters for three generations.
Music, entertainment, and more...
Live bluegrass music by Stacy Phillips and His Bluegrass Characters, door prizes, carousel rides, exclusive VIP wine and oyster pairings and some surprises as you sip and savor.
All in support of the New Haven Land Trust
The New Haven Land Trust engages people in stewardship and cultivation of the land for a healthier community and environment. We enact our mission through nature preserves, community gardens, and environmental education.
Due to the high value of the items included, ticket purchases for this event are not tax-deductible.
