Liberty Save Haven - Springside Garden

Liberty Community Services, Inc. operates the Springside Garden in Westville. Residents of Liberty Safe Haven, a supportive housing community, as well as participants in their Day Program for homeless individuals enjoy maintaining a garden each summer. Twice a week, these volunteers visit the Springside site where they are growing everything from flowers and corn to herbs and melons. One homeless participant says, “I love going to the garden.
